1 General Agreement
Welcome to MWP88Net. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the MWP88Net platform — whether through desktop, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and MWP88Net (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use MWP88Net.
MWP88Net reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of MWP88Net after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2 Account Registration
To access real-money games and services on MWP88Net, you must create a verified account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. MWP88Net strictly prohibits underage gambling.
- Each player is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different identities — is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate suspension.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone — pati na rin ang mga kaibigan mo.
- MWP88Net may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Failure to complete verification within the specified period may result in account suspension or fund withholding.
- You must not use another person's identity or payment details to create or fund an account.
We reserve the right to decline any account registration at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
MWP88Net processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (₱). We support a range of local payment methods to make banking as convenient as possible for our Filipino players:
- GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not allowed. MWP88Net will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification.
MWP88Net does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.
In cases where fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected, MWP88Net reserves the right to delay, suspend, or deny any withdrawal request pending investigation, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
MWP88Net regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer:
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover"). The specific rollover amount will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
- Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion details.
- MWP88Net reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotions — including arbitrage, multi-accounting, or coordinated group betting — will result in disqualification from the promotion and possible account suspension.
- Bonus winnings will be forfeited if the account is closed before wagering requirements are met.
5 Game Rules & Betting
MWP88Net offers a wide selection of games including live casino, sports betting, NBA betting, roulette, fishing games, and Color Game. The following general rules apply across all game types:
- All bets placed on MWP88Net are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be reversed or cancelled after placement unless there is a technical error or void event.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game session, the outcome of any affected round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
- MWP88Net uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all virtual games. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- For sports and NBA betting, results are determined based on official results from the relevant sporting body. In case of disputes, MWP88Net's decision is final.
- Live casino games are operated by third-party providers. Their rules and procedures apply within the MWP88Net platform.
- Maximum and minimum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed in the game interface.
6 Prohibited Conduct
To protect the integrity of MWP88Net and the safety of all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage
- Collusion with other players or attempting to manipulate game outcomes
- Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
- Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods
- Accessing MWP88Net from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or reverse-engineer any part of the MWP88Net platform
- Money laundering or any activity related to illegal financial transactions
MWP88Net reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Funds in suspended accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
7 Intellectual Property
All content on the MWP88Net platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, website design, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of MWP88Net or its licensed partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any MWP88Net content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of MWP88Net's intellectual property may result in legal action.
8 Privacy & Data
MWP88Net is committed to protecting the personal data of all players. We collect, process, and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
By registering on MWP88Net, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes identity verification data, transaction records, and device/usage information.
We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
9 Limitation of Liability
MWP88Net provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- MWP88Net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service disruptions.
- Gambling involves risk. MWP88Net does not guarantee any winnings or profits from the use of our platform.
- Our total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period prior to the incident.
10 Account Suspension & Closure
MWP88Net reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Player request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy
- Receipt of a legal order or regulatory directive
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided the account is in good standing and all withdrawal conditions have been met.
11 Amendments to These Terms
MWP88Net may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the website and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you continue to use MWP88Net after changes are posted, this constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to any changes, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to MWP88Net's operating licence. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through MWP88Net's customer support process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the relevant regulatory authority or arbitration body as specified by MWP88Net's licensing jurisdiction.
